Description of Ø6.35mm HIP-Si3N4 Ball:

 

They are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and are sintered by GPS (Gas Pressure)  HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) technology. So the blanks are more closer and in that there are less pore, which is key point to make sure the finished silicon nitride balls can reach G5 grade. Our company has more than two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision GPS (Gas Pressure) and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure, mainly) sintered silicon nitride balls in many sizes. Silicon nitride is the preferred ball material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
