1. GCr15 Races: GCr15 bearing steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content, good performance and the most widely used. After quenching and tempering, it has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance. The steel has moderate cold working plasticity, general cutting performance, poor welding performance, great sensitivity to the formation of white spots, and temper brittleness.
2. Si3N4 ceramic balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
3. PEEK cage and seals: The crown structure cages and seals are adopted British Victrex PEEK material.
